We will aim to dispatch all 24 and 48 hour parcels on the day of order (if placed before 1pm). If placed after 1pm, your order will be dispatched the next day.

Please note that these parcels take 1 or 2 working days to arrive so please take any Bank Holiday days into account when planning your order.

All orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day the following week.

Please note that 'days' means working days. 95% of Tracked 48 deliveries are delivered within 2 working days and 95% of l Most tracked 24 deliveries are delivered within 1 working day but a small percentage will take slightly longer.


Special Delivery orders are guaranteed to arrive within 1 working day. *Delivery is not guaranteed and is dependent on the courier 


Some heavy goods have an extra delivery charge; this is included either in the displayed price or we will work out the extra cost and inform you.



If you place an order which needs to go overseas, then we will contact you with the extra shipment charges you will need to pay. Some areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey will need extra carriage.


Delivery is usually via UKMail or Royal Mail, but on occasions when the product is shipped directly from our suppliers, an alternate means of delivery may be employed.


We are unable to deliver to PO or BFPO boxes.


Delivery Schedule

Over 90% of our deliveries are dispatched overnight if the order is placed by 11am the day before. If the item is not in stock or is a special order, these will take longer depending on the goods.


Please note, whilst we make every effort to deliver stocked goods overnight, we are in the hands of our couriers and this cannot be guaranteed. Should you wish for a special delivery or a timed delivery, this can be accommodated and is price on application. We do not cover any consequential loss, damage or delays caused by late or damaged deliveries.


If your order includes a spare item, which we may have to specially order in, your order may be put on hold until all products ordered have arrived with us, and then will immediately be put on a next day delivery. Special delivery instructions may be left, for example, if the item is a gift or delivery is needed before a certain date.


We are able to instruct our couriers, UKMail, to leave a package somewhere safe; however, this must be specified at the point of order within the ‘Delivery Notes’ field in the shopping cart delivery details. If you instruct us to leave your goods without signature, i.e. an unattended delivery, the responsibility falls on you to ensure a safe delivery site is available. We will not be held responsible for lost items if your delivery instructions have been passed to our courier.


For larger orders such as heat pumps, wooden pools, or pallet services, we require that you ensure an able-bodied person meets and assists with the delivery.
